Why subscribe?
Hannah has spent years writing about fitness and wellness for publications like GQ, National Geographic and The New York Times, covering everything from running culture to your favorite shoe brands. She has relationships with the brands, the studios, and the people shaping this scene. Her fav activities: running and lifting, but it depends on the season!
Maddie teaches yoga at Chelsea Piers Fitness, Kula Yoga Project, Bouldering Project, and Vital Lower East Side—and has been an instructor for over a decade, so she knows the wellness and studio world from the inside. She’s also a cold plunge freak (Hannah wrote lovingly.)
